October 14, 2010 (Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement (BOEMRE)). New rules have been issued for oil and gas production operations in the Outer Continental Shelf.
The new interim final rules, effective October 14, 2010, are aimed at increasing safety and environmental protection for oil and gas drilling operations on the Outer Continental Shelf.
