Texas Railroad Commission Chairman Victor Carrillo is scheduled to give the opening keynote address at the 7th Annual EOR Carbon Management Workshop, scheduled for December 7 - 8, 2009 in Houston, Texas. Dr. Scott Tinker, Director of the Texas Bureau of Geology will give the keynote address on December 8th. The event, coupled with the CO2 Flooding Conference in Midland, Texas on December 9 - 11, 2009 brings a full week of CO2 carbon capture and geological storage technical information to the region.
