IOGCC Resolution 08.115

In October 2006, the IOGCC passed Resolution 08.115, Requesting Funding for the Reclamation of Orphaned Well Sites. The resolution was reauthorized and approved on November 18, 2008. The resolution supports Congressional actions that facilitate the plugging reclamation of orphaned and abandoned orphan well sites and urges Congress to provide necessary funds for the reclamation of orphaned well sites.
